When Jayne came into the shop I knew we would get on straight away , and from that moment working with her, mum & fiance Steven was an absolute delight, their enthusiasm from getting the colours right to introducing the lego friends was brilliant, we had such fun.
Jayne knew from the start the style - colour and flowers that she wanted, and the scabious pods were to feature throughout. Originally we decided on spray roses and freesia with a touch of gypsophila , then after chatting we thought that the page boys could have little lego figures in their buttonholes to keep them amused and something to play with afterwards !! but... this snowballed and suddenly all the boy's had one & the Flower girl ! and I must say they looked absolutely fabulous, although Thor kept dropping his hammer and I did worry about Captain America keeping hold of his shield !!

As you can see we had great fun with Jayne's flowers, and they all had to have a "special home" with a label!!
So that's the buttonholes !!! Now for Jayne's fabulous flowers !!! She chose very soft colours to go with her bridesmaids and a soft accent of pale pink , the scabious pod's looked fabulous and just brought the whole look together..
White peonies, fragrant white stocks, scabious pods, soft pink spray roses, white freesia and eucalyptus , with a hessian and lace bind. Jayne also had little hearts with Hand written names for her bridesmaids to go on the tie.
Jayne got married at a fabulous church in Chester , with modern architecture, which looked stunning with Two simple pedestals either side at the alter, and jam jars of flowers at alternate pews, these were then taken back to the Lion Quays Hotel & Spa , where we put jam jars that Jayne had decorated onto the table, and I had to take a photo of their 'favours' because I just loved them !! Sian and I then waited for the New Mr & Mrs Connolly to appear , and took the church flowers to join the reception flowers ..
I think you will agree that they all looked fabulous.

All the jars from the church were put onto the top table and empty jars held Jaynes & her bridesmaid's bouquets completing the whole look.
